How to Join PCCCI?

Step 1: Download & Print the Membership Application Form

Obtain the official two-page application form.

Step 2: Complete the Application Details

Fill in your company and representative details accurately, attach one (1) passport-sized photo of the company representative, and affix your company stamp:

  • Organization Structure: Sole Proprietor, Partnership, or Sdn. Bhd.

  • Company & Representative Information: Company name, ROC number, registration date, address, nature of business, representative’s full name, designation, NRIC, date of birth, mobile number, office number, and email address.

Step 3: Select Your Membership Category & Fees

Tick your preferred category and calculate the payable amount:

  • Ordinary Member: RM 70.00 (One-time Entrance Fee) + RM 200.00 (Annual Subscription Fee) = RM 270.00

  • Life Member: RM 70.00 (One-time Entrance Fee) + RM 1,500.00 (One-time Subscription Fee) = RM 1,570.00

Step 4: Secure a Proposer and a Seconder

Your application must be endorsed by two existing PCCCI members in good standing:

  • Proposer: Signature and PCCCI Membership Number

  • Seconder: Signature and PCCCI Membership Number

Required Supporting Documents

Enclose one copy of each applicable document:

  1. Photocopy of Identity Card (NRIC) of the representative

  2. Photocopy of Trading License (Trading License / Borang B)

  3. Photocopy of Form 49 / Section 58 (Applicable to Sdn. Bhd.)

  4. Photocopy of Professional Practising Certificate (if applicable)

Step 5: Payment & Submission

Make payment using one of the accepted methods, then submit the completed form, supporting documents, and payment receipt/slip to the PCCCI Secretariat:

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Online Bank Transfer, Banker’s Cheque, or Cash

  • Bank Name: Public Bank

  • Account Name: Penampang Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry

  • Account Number: 3115119123 (Note: Enter only the numeric digits 3115119123 in online banking/ATM; omit the “PBB” prefix)
