Definition

SIPMA miniApp Benefits are exclusive promotions, privileges, and offers provided by participating merchants and partners to members of SIPMA through the SIPMA miniApp.

Eligibility

SIPMA miniApp Benefits are available exclusively to registered SIPMA members with valid access to the SIPMA miniApp.

Benefit Availability

The availability and details of SIPMA miniApp Benefits may differ by merchant and are subject to specific restrictions, minimum spend, product availability, or other limitations as determined by the participating merchant.

Redemption Process

To redeem an SIPMA miniApp Benefit, members must present their digital Membership Card within the SIPMA miniApp on their device to the cashier or merchant representative at the participating location. Additional conditions such as proof of membership, purchase requirements, or minimum spend may apply as determined by the participating merchant.

Validity Period

Each SIPMA miniApp Benefit is valid for a limited time only, as specified by the participating merchant. Expired benefits will not be honored.

Exclusivity

Unless explicitly stated, SIPMA miniApp Benefits cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

Non-Transferability

SIPMA miniApp Benefits are personal to the member and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless expressly permitted by the merchant.

Merchant Responsibility

All goods and services under SIPMA miniApp Benefits are provided solely by the participating merchants. Merchants are responsible for the availability, quality, and fulfillment of the benefits.

Merchant Rights

Participating merchants reserve the right to modify, restrict, or cancel any SIPMA miniApp Benefit at their discretion without prior notice.

Technical Issues

SIPMA and the SIPMA miniApp team are not liable for any technical issues (e.g., server downtime, app errors, or connectivity problems) that may affect the redemption of benefits. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore service promptly.

Liability

SIPMA is not responsible for any discrepancies, disputes, product/service issues, or claims arising between members and participating merchants regarding SIPMA miniApp Benefits.

Privacy & Data Use

By participating in SIPMA miniApp Benefits, members acknowledge that their data may be used in accordance with the SIPMA Privacy Policy.

Program Modifications

SIPMA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the SIPMA miniApp Benefits program at any time without prior notice.

User Agreement

By redeeming or using SIPMA miniApp Benefits, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law
